Founded in 2011, OTS began with just two vans and has grown into a trusted type III school bus transportation provider with a fleet of over 60 vehicles. We’re proud to have maintained strong partnerships with Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) and Ramsey County Foster Care Service for over a decade.
Our team consists of 60 dedicated professionals, including experienced dispatchers, operations and safety managers, HR personnel, and skilled auto technicians. Operating from our own facility, which features an on-site auto shop with indoor parking for 40 vehicles plus additional outdoor parking, we ensure the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and safety.
